The phone
Smartphones are products covered by the Accessibility Act for anything placed on the market after 28 June 2025. Before the ZENUM 1:1 is placed on the market, we carry out the conformity assessment the Act requires of a manufacturer, draw up the technical documentation, and affix the CE marking accordingly.

- Voice first. Everything RUBEN does can be done by speaking and listening, hands free, eyes up.
- Spoken disclosure that you are talking to an AI at first launch, and a written notice permanently on screen.
- Large type set in one family (N27), high contrast on dark and light grounds, no information carried by colour alone.

Status
Whether the online service parts of this site fall under the Act’s service provisions depends on the size of the company and on the nature of the service; until that is settled, this information is published voluntarily. It is not an “accessibility statement” in the sense of the Web Accessibility Directive, which applies to public bodies.
